| | Replacing wiring harness in rear door | 1. | Remove the door trim. | 2. | Remove the cover plate on the lower front edge of the door. Press out the cover plate from inside the door. | 3. | Unplug all the connectors in the rear door and pull out the wiring harness. | 4. | Remove the rubber grommet at the bottom of the B-pillar. | 5. | Detach the 10-pin connector in the B-pillar. | 6. | Fit the new wiring harness, checking the markings, connector colour codes and lead codes carefully against the wiring diagrams in Service Manual "3:2 Electrical system, Wiring diagrams". | Note | Secure the wiring harness in a suitable way to prevent rattling! | Fit the trim in reverse order.
