| | B1422 Engine coolant temperature sensor shorted to batt+ Fault symptom The temperature sensor always indicates a cold engine. Conditions B1422: The PWM output for controlling the engine temperature gauge in main instrument display panel 1 is short-circuited to BATT+ Diagnostic procedure | 1. | Check that no diagnostic trouble codes are stored in the main instrument display panel.
