Leaf Node
| | Coding the radio | Anti-theft device The Audio System incorporates an electronic four-digit anti-theft device. The four-digit code is programmed during manufacture and cannot be changed. It is therefore important to keep the code in a safe place, never together with the audio system. If the battery is disconnected for more than 3 minutes, if the audio system is removed or if its power supply is cut off for some other reason, the four-digit code must be entered on the station pre-set buttons as follows: | 1. | Switch on the radio (the display shows "CODE IN"). | 2. | Enter the four-digit code on the station pre-set buttons. If the correct code is entered, a radio frequency will be shown on the display. If you enter a wrong digit by mistake, all four digits will have to be entered before you can try again. If the code is wrong it will remain on the display. When all four digits have been entered, press the BAND button for more than three seconds to clear the display. When all four digits have been entered, press the BAND button for more than three seconds to clear the display. | 3. | If the wrong code is entered three times in succession you will have to wait one hour with the system switched on before you can try entering the code again. When you have waited for one hour the correct code must be entered first time or you will have to wait another hour with the radio-cassette switched on before you can try again.
