| | Aerial cable, DIN cable for CD player and loudspeaker cable For work on interior equipment parts, see Service Manual 8:2 "Interior equipment" or Service Manual 8:5 "Cabriolet". | To remove | 1. | Remove the front and rear door sills on the LH side. | 2. | Remove the LH front seat. | 3. | Remove the LH side panel from the centre console. | 4. | Raise the rear LH seat cushion and lower the rear backrest. | 5. | Remove the screws securing the loudspeaker grille and side trim on the LH side. | 6. | When changing the loudspeaker cable on the RH side, also remove the protective cover over the door sill as well as the loudspeaker grille and side trim on the RH side. | 7. | Unplug the connector. | To fit Fit in reverse order. | Important | Before removing the old cable, run the new one so that all the fixing points are in the right places. | Secure the cable with cable ties at the old fixing points. | Check that everything works before completing the refitting operations. |
