no continuity or shorting to ground/batt+.
Fault symptom
CHECK ENGINE lamp on, high idling speed
Condition
Voltage lower than 0.1 V
or
Voltage higher than 4.8 V

Should the throttle position sensor become inoperative, the
control module will utilize a signal corresponding to a
throttle opening of about 35%%.
