Knock Detector

To remove
| 1. |
Remove the resonator (air
silencer).
| 2. |
Remove the dipstick tube.
| 3. |
Raise the car and unplug the knock sensor connector.
| 4. |
Remove the knock sensor.

To fit
| Important
|
Before refitting the knock sensor, thoroughly clean its
mating surface with the engine block.
|
Tightening torque: 22 Nm (16 lbf ft)
In other respects, refit in reverse order.
