Brake/clutch fluid
Change, or at least every other year. Grade: to DOT 4 specification.
Never use brake fluid which has been stored in an open container.

Fill in the "BRAKE FLUID changed" label and affix it somewhere suitable on the front assembly near the brake fluid reservoir.
