Diagnostic tool communication
The transmission control module communicates with the diagnostic tool via pin 23.
Communication is two-way and consists of both input and output signals.
The data link connector is located under the dashboard on the driver's side.
With the ignition key in the ON position and the diagnostic tool connected, the voltage will be 9-11 V on pin 23.
